Nancy began studying Astrology in 1968. In 1983 she received her Certification as Astro*Cartography Interpreter by Jim Lewis. She wrote Star Gazing, a column in Phenomenews Magazine from 1994 to 2008. She has lectured at conferences in MI, OH, FL, CA, MO and Toronto and has been consulting with clients for 28 years, specializing in relocation, relationships, career and event timing. For the past five years, she has been tutoring six students.
Hal is a full-time professional consulting astrologer and Character Matrix Practitioner. He is also an educational facilitator in drug and alcohol treatment. Currently he is involved in two book projects; The Astrology of Addiction and an untitled series of workbooks bringing the Character Matrix, an outgrowth of Human Design for a larger audience. Presently Hal teaches courses online in astrology and the Character Matrix, occasionally traveling to present at weekend workshops introducing astrology to the novice and Character Matrix for the professional astrologer.

Pam Gallagher has 40 yrs+ practicing, studying and teaching Astrology. With past corporate experience in International Sales/Marketing Training, and with a Masters in Theology, she began a full time Astrological Practice. Pam shares her perspectives on Wholistic Astrology at Midwest School of Astrology, an ISAR affiliated school. The school 50+ students enrolled with classroom and on-line programs. She has lectured at the Avalon School of Astrology and the Kepler Institute in Belgrade, Serbia, and taught astrology at the Huna School in Kona, Hawaii, 2012.
Carol has been studying astrology for over 30 years. She studied under her mother Sophia Mason and Marie McGovern. Her love of animals led her to into the study of Pet Astrology. Elizabeth Hazel is an astrologer, tarotist, and author. Her book, Tarot Decoded, focuses on tarot-astrology techniques. Liz created the Whispering Tarot deck and book. Brad Kochunas is licensed as a clinical counselor and holds certificates of astrological proficiency from ISAR and the Academy of AstroPsychology. He worked in prison mental health for 30 years where he taught a class on astrology and integrated chart work into his counseling.
Although I have been a student of astrology for many years, it was not until I started working toward a BA in Astrological studies from Kepler College in 2003 that I became passionate about embracing ancient material. This provided a valuable platform to take my astrological understanding to deeper levels and apply them to modern concerns. Chris McRae has lectured at conferences over several decades on many continents. She is a full time astrologer, teaching classes, and seeing clients on a daily basis. She is ISAR Board Vice-President, ISAR Chair of Certification, ISAR Chair of the International Council of VPs. She authored 3 books and contributed to 5 others. Recipient of UAC Regulus Award 2012, recipient of ISAR Life Time Achievement Award in 2014 and Honorary Life President Edmonton Astrological Society.
Phil has been a regular speaker locally here in Ann Arbor and in Lansing MI. Win Rowe was his mentor and good guide. He is a member of the International Society for Neoplatonic Studies, and has lectured and taught classes on Lunar Mansions, the Fixed Stars, Great astrologers from the past, astrological yantras east and west and other subjects.
Anne Ortelee’s passion for astrology was ignited in 1994. Now she has a thriving consulting practice where she uses an array of eastern and western astrological approaches. Her work with clients is dedicated to helping people find practical ways to work with their own unique energies and charts. Anne is certified by three astrology organizations ~ ISAR-CAP, AFA-AMAFA and NCGR-PAA Level 3. She writes articles for various astrology publications as well as a Weekly Weather column which is read in 81 countries around the world. Anne talks on three weekly internet radio shows.
ISAR-CAP, Dipl.IAA, is the CEO of International Academy of Astrology where she has been teaching since 2000. She is the Sky Watch columnist for The Mountain Astrologer. Julene has a full time teaching and consulting Astrology practice that is beginning to shift more toward Vedic.
Pat Perkins is a Professional Astrologer with over 36 years experience. She co-founded a metaphysical book store in Lansing and in 1983 helped co-found the Learning Center for Astrological Studies where she served on the Board for many years and as President 2002-2009. She served three years as President of the Michigan Federation of Astrology and is currently a member of AFAN. Pat teaches and has been a speaker for several astrology events in Lansing and Ann Arbor. She retired from State Government after 31 years of which 22 were in personnel management. Pat has a private astrological consultation business in Mason, Michigan.
Debra is a Medical Astrologer and an Experimental Psychologist with
advanced degrees in Psychology and Public Health. She’s published in the ISAR journal and DELL horoscope magazine, and she lectured on the faculty for UAC 2012 in New Orleans.
Sandra-Leigh has worked over 30 years as a full-time counseling astrologer. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and lives in Boulder, Colorado. For 25 years, she wrote a weekly astrology column for a major newspaper and had her own television and radio shows. Sandra-Leigh is certified by ISAR, AFA, and OPA as a professional astrologer. She has written for Llewellyn Publications, Horoscope Magazine and StarIQ. She is President of the Rocky Mountain Astrologers in Boulder, Colorado and a Group Leader and Recording Secretary for OPA, Organization for Professional Astrology. She and Louise McCombs started the Midwest Astrology Conferences in 2004 in Cleveland, Ohio.
